Migrant Compass

Migrant families often have to make high-stakes decisions with scattered and unreliable information. At the Tufts IDEA Lab at Fletcher, I co-led Migrant Compass, a mobile platform built to give those families clearer and safer access to what they need to know.

I ran user research with the communities the platform serves and turned those findings into working prototypes, treating safety and usability as the measures that mattered rather than polish. I also handled the data analysis and visualization behind our design decisions, and coordinated across a cross-functional team so research, design, and delivery stayed aligned over the year.
